Start with a primer or concealer on the lid for longer wear. Apply the lightest matte shade across the entire lid as a base. Build depth by layering medium mattes into the crease using a fluffy blending brush. Press shimmer or glitter shades onto the center of the lid with a flat brush for maximum payoff. Use the darkest shade along the lash line for definition. Blend all edges for a seamless, professional finish.
